2. Use of the site
The site provides information about the restaurant, its menu, its spaces and its location. It is free to use and must be used lawfully and in good faith.
3. Informational content and menu
We try to keep opening hours, dishes and prices accurate, but they may change without notice. The current menu and prices are those of the official menu (https://menu.fu.do/casonaesmeraldabyalmarspa/qr-menu) and of the restaurant.
The English menu on this site is a reference translation of that menu, with prices in Chilean pesos (CLP). If anything differs, the restaurant’s menu prevails.
Dishes are subject to availability. The published opening hours (Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm) are informational; we recommend confirming them by phone.
4. Reservations
This site has no online booking. Reservations are handled by phone (+56 9 7450 0601); their conditions are explained when you book.
5. Intellectual property
The logo, texts and photographs on this site belong to Casona Esmeralda or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Links and third-party services
The site links to Fudo, Instagram and Google, and displays a Google map. We do not control those services or answer for their content or availability.
7. Liability
We do not guarantee that the site will run without interruption or errors. This does not limit the rights that Chile’s Law 19.496, on consumer protection, grants to individuals.
